Subtle Discernment - Distinguishing between Mind and Awareness
This day of teachings, guided meditation and Q&A is suitable for anyone, whether new to meditation or wishing to deepen their practice, and regardless of spiritual or religious affliation (or disinclination).
There is no charge for the teachings or this event, but there will be an opportunity to contribute in support of the teachers, teachings and the group. Suggested donation: sliding scale $40-$95 or more. Please give what you can. Even if you are only able to donate a small amount, or nothing at all, you are nonetheless welcome to attend.
