his weekly session explores different as

of
practice from those covered in the regular Tuesday evening meetings
.
As usual, we will practice in the Dzogchen tradition of Nyoshul Khenpo Rinpoche and Lama Surya Das.
We are reading Lama Surya's bestselling book
Awakening the Buddha Within: Eight Steps to Enlightenment.
This week we will begin the Meditation Training segment, and will look at Step Six:
Right Effort: A Passion for Englightenment.
This session is a wonderful opportunity for discussion and meditation practice in a group setting, and to connect with this timeless contemplative tradition
in a deeper way through study of texts from this lineage of teachers.
It is entirely appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those more experienced
.
This activity is offered free of charge, and is open to all.
