Halloween Teaching & Guided Meditation
with Lama Daniela

 All are welcome at this special evening meditation group in Costa Mesa. As usual, there is no charge for the event. Details are below and we hope to see you there if your schedule permits.

Together we will practice natural meditation, supported by chanting, guidance, teaching and questions.



This teaching and practice session is a wonderful opportunity for meditation in a group setting, and to connect with this timeless contemplative tradition. It is entirely appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those more experienced.

We will be in Room 202 on the Second Floor (there is an elevator), at the Southeast corner of the building. Chairs are provided. If you prefer to sit on the floor, which is hard-surfaced, please bring cushion(s) or whatever else you need in order to be comfortable.
