marking the Birth and Awakening of the Buddha
with Lama Christopher


All are welcome at this gathering, which is offered free of charge. We will practice natural meditation together, supported by chanting and teachings, in the Dzogchen tradition of Nyoshul Khenpo Rinpoche and Lama Surya Das.

This session is a wonderful opportunity for meditation in a group setting, and to connect with this timeless contemplative tradition. It is entirely appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those more experienced. This activity is offered free of charge, and is open to all.

We will be not be at the Costa Mesa Senior Center. The group will be meeting at a nearby private residence. For address, please contact Center@DzogchenLA.org


There are chairs available. If you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring a cushion or whatever else you need in order to be comfortable.
