Study/Q&A Group
T
his session explores different as
pects
of
meditation practice from those covered in the regular Tuesday evening meetings
.
As usual, we will practice in the Dzogchen tradition of Nyoshul Khenpo Rinpoche and Lama Surya Das.
This session is a wonderful opportunity to develop our understanding and meditation practice in a group setting, and to connect with this timeless contemplative tradition
in a deeper way through study of texts from this lineage of teachers.
It is entirely appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those more experienced
.
The teachings are offered free of charge, and are open to all.
Donations in honor of the teachings, to contribute to this generously-offered sacred space and to help meet group expenses such as websites etc,
are most welcome and much appreciated.
