"Make Me One With Everything: Buddhist Meditations to Awaken from the Illusion of Separation
"
T
his weekly session explores different as
pects
of
meditation practice from those covered in the regular Tuesday evening meetings
.
As usual, we will practice in the Dzogchen tradition of Nyoshul Khenpo Rinpoche and Lama Surya Das.
We are continuing the exciting new series
: Make Me One With Everything
, based on the latest great book by best-selling author and pioneer Western Buddhist teacher Lama Surya Das.
This
week we will focus on Chapter Four in the book. Although it may be helpful to read the relevant section ahead of time, it is not necessary in order to take advantage of the teachings.
This session is a wonderful opportunity to develop our understanding and meditation practice in a group setting, and to connect with this timeless contemplative tradition
in a deeper way through study of texts from this lineage of teachers.
It is entirely appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those more experienced
.
The teachings are offered free of charge, and are open to all.
Donations in honor of the teachings, to contribute to this generously-offered sacred space and to help meet group expenses such as websites etc,
are most welcome and much appreciated.
