Kindness Meditation and Teaching

All are welcome at this evening meditation group in Costa Mesa. As usual, there is no charge for the event. Details are below and we hope to see you there if your schedule permits.

Together we will practice natural meditation of loving-kindness, compassion & wisdom, supported by chanting, guidance, teaching and questions.



This practice session is a wonderful opportunity for meditation in a group setting, and to connect with this timeless contemplative tradition. It is entirely appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those more experienced.

The group follows guided meditations on joy, love and compassion as expressions of innate awareness, in addition to practices of bodhicitta (awakening mind) and the Bodhisattva (awakening being) path, as transmitted at Dzogchen Center retreats.

 We will be in the Fairview Room (see plan). Chairs are provided, but if you wish to sit on the floor please bring whatever you need in order to be comfortable.

About the Group: We are a local group guided by Dzogchen Center national teachers Daniela Coriat and Christopher Coriat under the spiritual direction of Lama Surya Das, best-selling author and authorized lama in the Tibetan Buddhist order.
