Sunday Morning Meditation Group in Orange County

We will practice natural meditation together, supported by chanting, guidance, readings and questions, in the Dzogchen tradition of Nyoshul Khenpo Rinpoche and Lama Surya Das.

This regular session, held every other week, is a wonderful opportunity for meditation in a group setting, and to connect with this timeless contemplative tradition. It is entirely appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those more experienced.

1. Take 55 (Newport Blvd) to 19th Street

2. If coming from the North, turn LEFT on 19th Street
If coming from the South turn RIGHT on 19th Street

4. Cross Fullerton Ave

5. House is on the LEFT before reaching Orange Avenue

There are chairs available. If you prefer to sit on the floor, please bring a cushion.

About the Group: We are a local group led by Dzogchen Center national practice leaders Daniela Coriat and Christopher Coriat under the spiritual direction of best-selling author Lama Surya Das.
