TILOPA'S INSTRUCTIONS TO NAROPA: THE GANGES MAHAMUDRA
Afternoon Meditation Group and Q&A
with Lama Christopher
Open to those who have attended at least one previous teaching in this series. Please email Center@DzogchenWest.org for online access to this special session.
The Lamas will introduce the Great Stance (Mahamudra) as transmitted by the 11th century master Tilopa to his student Naropa, along with his meditation of natural, intrinsic awakefulness.
This session is a wonderful opportunity to develop understanding and meditation practice in a group setting. It is appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those more experienced. It is not necessary to have attended earlier elements of the series. The teachings are offered free of charge, and are open to all.
Donations in honor of the teachings, to contribute to the space and to help meet group expenses such as websites etc, are most welcome and much appreciated.
